You can collect your car hire from London Victoria coach station and head out of London to other cities within the UK.
The car rental offices are located on Semley Place which can be found at the entrance to the coach station.
Please remember and bring along your driving license with the photo part is applicable. Credit card and passport or some other form of ID which has your name and address written on the letter such as a utility bill.
Once you have collected your rental car, you may consider driving around London for a bit to see some of the tourist sites which the capital city has to offer.
You can reach Buckingham Palace by turning left from the coach station and heading along Buckingham Palace Road.The distance is under one mile and around five minutes journey time.
Along this road you will see Victoria Place Shopping Centre on your right hand side. The shopping centre shops are opened from eight in the morning until eight in the evening each day. Inside the centre you will find an array of places to eat which will suit most tastes. The restaurants are opened from six in the morning until eleven in the evening each day.
There is a variety of shops including all the brand names and a local supermarket. You can stock up on some groceries before you head out over London.
Victoria tube and railway stations on your right hand side along Victoria Street. The underground station has direct access to the shopping centre via the level on the platform.
Close to both stations you will find the Apollo Victoria Theatre and the Victoria Palace Theatre.
Current shows running there are Wicked and Billy Elliot.
Further along the road you will see the park on your left hand side along with the Royal Mews and the Palace will be on your left hand side. This a lovely leafy part of the capital city. Lots of green open spaces to stop and sit down and admire the view while watching the world go by.
